- If the order is canceled within this timeframe, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

- Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are not permitted . Customers may, however, request a return as per our Return Policy.
3. Custom or Special Orders
- Cancellations for custom-made, special, or non-standard products are not eligible, as these are specifically sourced or manufactured to meet your requirements.

- Approved cancellations will be processed within 7–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
